Ideally, if you want to make a real recapitulation of yourself, with the goal of transformation, you need to review every simple belief about yourself.
When a person says in passing, even like «I’m this, I’m that…»
For example: «I’m lazy, I’m weak, I’m «an owl», I’m a baby…» It is necessary to think, and whether it is really so?
What makes me think that’s true? Where did this statement come from?
This is reality or I created this reality, because my mother/father/teacher/friend often said this in my childhood… and I kind of agreed with this statement.
Then it is fixed. And the brain unconsciously builds the evidence base for this statement.
How does this happen?
Yes, it just happens a lot of things, but I remember and remember it was emotionally approved.
For example, I’m lazy. One hundred things you can do well, one thing — you’ll get lazy. The brain will record exactly this. And into the «identity bank».
10 or how many “proofs” were collected. That’s it!
This «identity piggy bank» with this statement never (!!!) it is not reviewed and a person thinks about himself all his life until the end of days.
And only if life will make you to do it, and there will be a strong stress, can a random recapitulation occur and a person in shock thinks, how so? Is it Me?
But most of all, this stuff without checking in advance remains and people believe that he was born that way. Damn, bad luck for him.
And so with every belief.
And if you don’t wait for the bad luck to happen and review all your «piggy banks», then you can find out a lot of interesting things about yourself.
A lot for sure!
